  1. In 10 liters of water you need to pour 400 g of tobacco.

  3. Then boil it for two hours.

  5. In the broth you need to add about 100 ml of liquid soap.

But again you need to look at the circumstances. If the summer is rainy, then on the contrary, this technique is not needed.
