Such a decision was made by the farm “Carpathian Buffalo”, and those who created this idea are ready to learn cheese craftsmanship in Italy. The main goal of the farm will be the creation of environmentally friendly, exclusive dairy products. 
Of course, for the time being, the embodiment of the idea is in development, and the assortment has not been finalized, but now farmers sell buffalo milk, butter, various cheeses and even condensed milk. The price for a liter of buffalo milk is now around 100 hryvnia, which is about 250 in Russian rubles.
