Ingredients:
- cauliflower - 1 kg .;
- milk - 150 ml .;
- sour cream - 50 ml .;
- flour - 30 grams;
- butter - 40 grams;
- breadcrumbs - 50 grams;
- salt and pepper to taste.
Cooking:
- Prepare a frozen vegetable by boiling it as described above.
- Soften the butter and grease them form.
- Pour the flour onto a dry, non-greased pan and fry it until it changes color. Pour the milk into the flour and wait until it boils.
