This was announced by the Minister of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine Maxim Martyniuk. According to his data, Minagroprod launched a portal of a nationwide regulatory monetary value (NPO) of agricultural land, which allows you to calculate the NPO of any land in Ukraine. 
This innovation will help land tenants to predict the price they have to pay for the land, based on data from the NIR. Owners of this portal will help to verify the fairness of the rent and, if possible, adjust it, focusing on the data of land auctions in the area.
To calculate the NDO of a land plot, you just need to know the quality of the land and its quantity.
